Delivery
We ship the same or next working day. You get a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us.
Order before 14:00 on a working day and it usually goes out the same day.
When will it arrive?
Times below are counted from the day your parcel ships. Add 0–2 working days for packing.

What shipping costs
In Sweden, shipping is 39 SEK and free on orders over 499 SEK. Other countries have their own rates and free-shipping thresholds — the exact cost for your address always shows at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.
Tracking your parcel
You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. It can take a day before the first scan appears — that is normal. If nothing has moved after five working days, email us and we will chase it for you.
More than one parcel
Order several products and they may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days, so the items we have ready reach you sooner. You are never charged extra for this.
Every parcel is insured
All shipments are covered against damage, loss and theft in transit up to 5,000 SEK. If something happens on the way, we sort it out — you are not left carrying the cost.
Shipping outside the EU
For deliveries to the United States, Canada, Australia and Norway, customs duty and import VAT may be charged when the parcel arrives. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in the price you paid us.
Something not right? Email info@swindo.eu with your order number and we will fix it. We usually reply within a day.
