How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, select the item you wish to purchase, and add it to your shopping cart. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping cart and fill in your personal information, such as your name, email address, and delivery address. Then, select your preferred payment method and provide the necessary information to complete the payment. Finally, click "Complete Order" to finalize your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped. After this period, please see our returns and refunds policy for information on how to return unwanted items. Contact our customer service team for assistance with changing your order.

If you wish to use your warranty, the product must:

When your products are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse. The shipping confirmation will contain a link to the shipping company's website where you can track your package.

What is your last order time for the day?

Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) on weekdays (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Our estimated delivery time, including handling and shipping, is approximately 4–9 business days. Orders are normally shipped within 0–2 business days.

How do I return it?

After that, you will receive a return label sent by email.

Write the assigned RA number clearly on the outside of the package to ensure correct handling of the return.

The processing time for returns can take up to 10 business days.

The return is paid for and sent by the customer.

How do I make a complaint about a product?

Returns of goods are free of charge when the shipping label is issued by Swindo.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day open purchase policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and return shipping costs will apply unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we have received and inspected the return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
