If you want to use your warranty, the product must meet the following conditions:

Make sure the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

– For a return to be approved, the product must be unused, with all original packaging and all labels intact. Ensure the product is properly packed in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include all accessories that came with the delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet been shipped.

After this period, please refer to our returns and refunds policy for information on how to return unwanted products.

Processing time is usually 1–2 business days.

When your items are shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse. The email contains a link to the carrier's website where you can follow your parcel.

How long is the delivery time? +

Our estimated delivery time, including handling and shipping, is approximately 4–9 business days. Orders are normally dispatched within 0–2 business days.

Ämnesrad: Ditt ordernummer + RETUR

Du får sedan en returetikett skickad till din e-post. Skriv ordernummret tydligt på utsidan av paketet för att säkerställa korrekt hantering av returen.

Handläggningstiden för returer är upp till 10 arbetsdagar. Returfrakt betalas av kunden.

Hur lång tid tar det att få en återbetalning? +

När vi har mottagit och inspekterat returen behandlas återbetalningen inom 10 arbetsdagar till den ursprungliga betalningsmetoden.
