Our warehouse processes and ships all orders on weekdays (Monday-Friday) except holidays. We have an average delivery time of 5-15 days.
MiniChef has chosen to ship products directly from the supplier to you. This is because we save significant costs on transportation, storage, and packaging of our orders. This way, we can offer you the best prices on our products.
Although we pay all import costs in advance, import fees may need to be paid upon pickup. MiniChef is not responsible for these import fees and therefore does not pay this amount. If you email us, we can find out what went wrong and try to find a solution.

Want to track your order?
At the bottom of the website, you will find the section "Track your order." When you place an order with us, you will receive a tracking code after a few days. This tracking code becomes active after a few days, as it needs to go through the system and be scanned. After 3-5 days, you will have received the tracking number and can follow your order.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed items are returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover our costs for return shipping, processing, and handling, currently 150 SEK.
If the package is not picked up at the post terminal, it will be sent to a larger postal warehouse. The package will be stored there for 60 days. If you have not contacted us about your package within these 60 days, the package will be discarded, and we take no responsibility for this. We will not refund the amount.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and the correct recipient name when ordering. If the package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect delivery address, e.g., postal code, wrong street name or number, or wrong recipient name, the customer will be charged for round-trip shipping costs of 150 SEK.
If you want to cancel the purchase after the package has been sent from us, you must pick up the package and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 days from the invoice date for us to be able to cancel the purchase. More information can be found at the bottom of the page under "Return."
Returns
For items purchased from us, we offer a 30-day return policy in almost all cases. This means you can request a return within 30 days after you have received the item.
If you want to return an item, it must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in new condition.
The item must not have been used.
The item must not have been damaged by the customer.
The item must be sent with traceable shipping.
We must have received information about the return.
If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

If you want to return an item to us, you can send us an email. You can find this under "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page. We will then send you a return label.
How to send your return
Send the items and the return form to the specified address. If this information is missing, we cannot verify that the return is from you. Make sure the package is traceable; you are responsible for sending the package. Please note that you must send the item within 14 days after informing us about the return.
Your return is being processed
Once we have received the return, we will assess the returned items and process the refund. The money will be refunded via the payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have requested otherwise. The amount will be refunded within 14 days.
We do not charge a return fee, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns of items that:
Has already been used by the customer.
Has a hygienic nature.
Any broken seals.
Faulty or defective products
Upon delivery, always check that the product is not damaged and that you have received the correct product. If you have received the wrong product or if the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and before using the product. In case of defects or issues with the product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Complaints that will not be accepted:
Complaints about incorrectly delivered items after use.
Complaints made more than 5 days after receiving the product.
Any broken seals.
