When you subscribe, you receive automatic deliveries at the interval you choose and a 20% discount on every delivery.
The subscription has a minimum commitment of two deliveries. After the second delivery has been shipped, you can pause or cancel at any time. Payment is charged automatically for each shipment.

Commitment Period

The subscription has a minimum period of two deliveries.
This means that you:

  • Pay for and receive your first delivery at the time of purchase.

  • The subscription continues automatically and you will receive at least one additional delivery (delivery 2).

  • After the second delivery has been sent, you may pause or cancel the subscription at any time.

Cancelling Before the Second Delivery

If you wish to cancel the subscription before the second delivery has been shipped, we can of course assist you.

Since the 20% discount is tied to a minimum of two deliveries, the price of your first order will be adjusted to the regular price, as well as an administrative fee of 39 NOK. The administrative fee covers handling and manual processing related to early cancellation.

You can choose to either:

  • Allow the second delivery to be sent and then cancel the subscription with no price adjustment.

  • Cancel the subscription immediately and pay the regular price for your first order plus the 39 NOK administrative fee.

Billing

Your payment method is charged automatically for each delivery.

You will receive an email notification before upcoming charges.

If a payment fails, the delivery may be delayed or the subscription paused.

Changes to Your Subscription

You can at any time:

  • Change delivery interval

  • Switch products

  • Pause for a month

  • Update your address or payment method
